Reset evaluations

By having several types of challenges, the resets are applied to the account that was taken at the beginning, in this case if we have an evaluation account with Data allocation, we cannot apply a reset and migrate to an account without Data allocation,

  1. Account Resets:
  • Resets apply only to the initial account.
  • If an account has a data allowance, it cannot be reset and migrated to an account without a data allowance.
  1. Monthly Reset Policy:
  • Resets have no monthly restrictions. For example:
  • If you purchase a 50k account for $150 USD on January 1st, you can reset it multiple times during that same month by paying $19.9 USD.
  • However, you cannot reset it the following month. You will have to pay the $150 USD again to continue.
  1. Expired Accounts and Earning Goals:
  • If you reset an account that expired from the previous month and complete the earnings goal (i.e., pass the assessment):
  • You must pay the $150 USD to validate the account.
  • Once validated, you can continue the selection process between a Livex or Livex Sim account.

-Direct Pass, Livex, Livex sim accounts do NOT have a reset.
